2026 HOA DuesDues for 2026 will be $396/year. HOA dues are on a calendar year cycle and are billed in early January, due upon receipt, and considered past due on February 28th.
PAY ONLINE: Dues can be paid online by visiting www.duespayment.com. Once there, select Customer Sign In, then select "Setup Account" and type in "Harlan Run HOA" when prompted. Follow the steps from there.
PAY BY MAIL: Checks should be made payable to Harlan Run HOA; PO Box 4224; Martinsburg, WV 25402
Annual HOA MeetingThe Annual HOA Meeting is typically held in November. Notification is sent/posted 30-45 days in advance. The annual meeting for 2025 was held on Thursday November 20 at 7pm at the Holiday Inn on Foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg. The minutes from the 2025 meeting can be downloaded HERE.
HOA Closing Documentation Harlan Run HOA requires all potential buyers to sign and submit a Buyer's Acknowledgement Form before closing documentation/information will be provided. Please download this form from the Documents tab and email it to the HOA with your request.
HOA ByLaws and Declaration of Covenants and RestrictionsAll homeowners in Harlan Run are members of the HOA and are bound by the provisions set forth in the HOA Bylaws and Covenants & Restrictions. Please download copies from the Documents tab to stay familiar with the information contained within these important documents.
Architectural Change Requests The Covenants and Restrictions require that all exterior changes or modifications to the home or lot must undergo review by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and approval from the Board of Directors before work is completed. Please allow for up to 30 days for ARC approval. The ARC form is available for download on the Documents tab and can be emailed to HarlanRunHOA25403@gmail.com.
